Silenced & Shattered โ€” 11 Years of Alleged Abuse

Her Story

A mother isolated. A daughter silenced. A decade of alleged abuse ignored by every institution asked to help.

Kaye Gray

A real person. A real mother. Still waiting for justice.

Kaye Gray โ€” a mother isolated, silenced, and still waiting for justice. ๐Ÿ’œ

"The court was supposed to PROTECT her โ€” not enable her abuse."

โ€” Stacie Drake, daughter of Kaye Gray

1

Guardianship Obtained Under False Pretenses

Kaye Gray's medical condition was misrepresented to the Collin County Probate Court to obtain guardianship. The clinical picture presented to the court did not reflect Kaye's true condition โ€” it was shaped to justify a result.

2

Chemical Restraint โ€” Antipsychotic Medications Used as Weapons

Powerful antipsychotic medications were administered to Kaye not for legitimate psychiatric treatment, but as chemical restraints โ€” to sedate, subdue, and control her. This is a recognized form of elder abuse under federal and Texas law, and it caused irreparable harm.

3

Irreparable Physical & Cognitive Harm

The prolonged use of antipsychotic chemical restraints caused permanent, irreversible damage to Kaye Gray's physical and cognitive health. Long-term antipsychotic use in elderly patients is associated with accelerated cognitive decline, movement disorders, cardiovascular events, and increased mortality.

4

No Court Reporter โ€” No Record

Kaye's initial guardianship hearing was held without a court reporter. There is no official record of what was said, what was decided, or how it was decided. Kaye was denied her own hearing.

5

Three Doctors Silenced at Trial

At trial, three physicians who could have testified about Kaye's true medical condition and the appropriateness of her treatment were denied the opportunity to testify. The court record was deliberately incomplete.

6

Financial Exploitation โ€” Where Did the Money Go?

Under guardianship, Kaye's estate was subjected to financial exploitation. No proper accounting was provided. No transparency was offered. The question of where the money went remains unanswered.

7

Family Silenced & Isolated

Stacie Drake, Kaye's daughter, was systematically denied access to her mother โ€” blocked from medical decisions, excluded from hearings, and silenced at every turn. An ADA advocate was physically blocked at the courthouse door.

8

Every Agency Said No Action

Complaints were filed with the Sheriff, Texas Rangers, FBI, District Attorney, and the Texas Senate. Every single agency responded with No Action โ€” including complaints about the medical abuse and chemical restraints.

9

Constitutional Violations Unaddressed

Kaye Gray's constitutional rights โ€” to due process, to be heard, to be free from cruel and unusual treatment โ€” were violated. Those violations remain unaddressed. This website exists because every official channel has been exhausted.
